2012 OMEA Professional Development Conference Exhibitor Information
I invite you to exhibit at the 2012 Ohio MEA State Professional Conference February 16–18, 2012 in Columbus at the Columbus Convention Center. 2900 registered music educators attended our annual conference in 2011, with a total attendance of approximately 9,000 ranking it as one of the largest State conferences in the country! Our Exhibit hall contained over 170 companies in 240 booths in 2011.
New exhibitors will find available booths on this website, the exhibit hall floor plan, a listing of exhibitors already booked with their booth locations and the 2012 Exhibitor Contract which can be downloaded, printed and submitted. Early Bird Exhibitors (from 2011) will have/have had their contract provided directly from the business manager’s office. This site will be updated with more information periodically, but questions should be directed to the business manager at any time. Join us in us 2012!
2012 Early Bird Exhibitors (registered at the 2011 State Conference) & new exhibitors will receive confirmation information via a hard copy mailing, which will contain web access information as well.
